EXTRAVERGINE OLIVE OIL WITHOUT STONE MONOVARIETY
“SAN BENEDETTO”
 
The first news on oil without ston goes back to the first century d.C. when Columella, famous agronomist, in its treaty on agriculture "DE RE RUSTICA" describes the habit to remove the kernel, obviously made by hand, before the olive pressing, in order to obtain a more valuable oil.

Such procedure, now obtained with a stoner machine, allows to obtain from an oil richer of scents and of tastes and poor in acidity.

Moreover our olive oil, with olive picking and pressing executed with every care in our oil-mill, adds a further note of merit for its polifenoli richness, a molecule anti-oxidants with an anti age effect.
Oil without stones has also a "longer life", so it keeps its qualities in a longer period of time.

Our oil-mill produces also monovariety kind of olive oil, everyone with its particular taste and scent.
 
Our company produces three quality of monovarity oil: LECCINO, FRANTOIO and NIBBIO,
the last one is a typical Treia's variety.
